The first thing we did to this sweet 2003 Chevrolet express was install a 24 inch Hi Top Roof and painted it to match the factory color! Then a Carefree Box Awning was added. We insulated and added walls, ceiling and floor with high quality vinyl flooring. For comfort a swivel seat base was added for the passenger side, and we installed a Maxx Air Power Vent for great airflow. This custom build was powered with a 2000 watt Inventer, 2 deep cycle heavy duty marine batteries, 25 amp charging system, along with automatic switching system, battery isolator, and 30 amp shore power connection and cord. We built a 42 inch kitchen cabinet with stainless steel sink, pump up water system, 700 watt microwave, (customor had his own fridge/cooler system). We added 110v outlets, 12v outlets along with basic lighting even under the bed!. We custom created a room bed system, including upholstery. It was created to leave plenty of room in the rear for cargo, sportsman supplies etc.
