2004 Sprinter Custom RV Class B Build. Our customer brought us his 2004 Sprinter for a Custom RV Build. We added 2 windows with screens that open, a Fantastic vent fan in roof and a 13500 BTU A/C unit with heat strips. We created custom headliner and walls, that included plenty of insulation. We even created custom door panels with the same light gray vinyl he chose for the walls. He wanted a big bed in the rear, and wanted curved seating and we delivered just that! As you can see in the pictures, we made custom curved seating in the rear that turns into a huge bed (5ft. 8 in. X 6 ft.). We built plenty of overhead cabinetry, including a special one with tinted plexiglass for his blue ray. We also included a clothes closet. For privacy, we added night shades and walls up front with an accordian door to separate front from rear of the coach! This custom RV coach has plenty of lights, including reading lights in rear and moodlighting. It has a kitchen with a 700 watt microwave, small refrigerator, stainless steel sink with pump water system. Included was a large Dometic port-a-toilet, 19 in. flatscreen TV, roof antenna with amplifier, swing out TV mount bracket and per request we installed some speakers and custom wiring. This custom RV is equipped with a 35 amp charging system, deep cycle marine battery, 1500 watt inverter with remote and monitor, breaker box for 110v and 12v, automatic switching system, front and reae battery isolator, emergency start switch, 30 amp shore power with 25 ft. cord and 110v outlets. The customer chose light gray, silver and blue color scheme and we custom designed his upholstery, window boxes and counters to match his wishes. Each of our Custom Coaches are pieces of Art!
